Youth Advocate positions currently available are Monday-Thursday (12a-8a) and Friday-Sunday weekend overnights (12a-8a) .

Summary Overview: This position is designed to promote safety, stability, and well-being for Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY). Youth Advocates engage youth using the Positive Youth Development model to build a path to long-term success through positive relationships and skills for self-sufficiency.

Pay Scale: $11.00-13.50/hour

Benefits: Health Insurance available to those working 20 or more hours per week, 2/3 or more paid by Jackson Street. Voluntary group dental and vision plans are offered. Qualifies for the Oregon Saves program.
